Today I'm sharing 3 ways to wear crochet! Honestly, crochet makes bulky garments and I'm not a huge fan of crochet clothing. But I do love wearing crochet jewelry, crochet scarves, and occasionally a light crochet top.
1. Try this light Summer Crop Top. The pattern is available for sale in my Ravelry shop for $7.00 download! It's an easy project and works up in a weekend or so, and looks super cute over a dress!
2. Crochet jewelry. It's one of the easiest ways to wear crochet - light, lacy, and gorgeous. I have several pieces available in my shop to start your collection - try this Burgundy Lace Ring or the Tea Stained Pendant!
3. Try your hand at crocheting your own necklace with the Poppies & Pearls necklace pattern! You'll learn how to incorporate beads into your crochet, and use a tiny hook.
A great way to get inspiration for wearing or making wearable crochet is to go browse Pinterest. There are so many amazing ideas, from flowers to granny square tops to lace skirts! I love using Pinterest for inspiration and learning new techniques or combinations. Check out my Crochet Board if you need a quick inspiration pick-me-up!
